This residential project is located in Chittagong on a family land of MR. NASIR, chairman of ROBUST DEVT. and NB GROUP. It was his father’s long cherished dream to construct an apartment building on this land. This building was initially designed by another consultancy firm, and two stories were already built in accordance with their design. However, subsequent construction works faced severe setbacks for 3 years due to financial and design implementation constraints. In September 2019, our team was assigned as consultants to accomplish the challenging tasks of amending the layout as well as overall design.
The client wanted modern and efficient solution. Within the existing structure, we had to provide 4 units within the same available square feet area along with major upgrading of façade for more modern outlook.
